Brownies Delivery Information
A special note about Monday deliveries
Please note that orders where Monday delivery is selected are dispatched on the preceding Friday. In some instances DPD may attempt an earlier delivery on the Saturday. If you're not happy to take earlier delivery please respond to the DPD e-mail or text message notification when you receive it and re-schedule the delivery date to Monday. Unfortunately we're unable to influence DPD's delivery schedule once your order has left us on the Friday, so can not stop an earlier delivery from our end.
Homemade brownies for delivery
The Homemade Brownie Company bake and supply brownies for delivery to homes and businesses across the UK.
All brownie products are priced including packaging and standard DPD tracked delivery (deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Islands/Highlands & the Channel Islands are sent via Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service instead - also included in the price). There are no hidden extras to be added onto the product price at checkout – what you see is what you pay.
How our brownies are packaged
All our brownies are internally wrapped with our beautifully branded baking paper to keep them fresh. They are then carefully secured with ribbons and tags before being placed in an external cardboard postal box and protected by eco wood wool to keep them safe and free from damage during their journey.
How our brownies are delivered
Our standard delivery method is DPD’s fully tracked service (deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Islands/Highlands & the Channel Islands are sent via Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service instead) and you will select your preferred delivery date when placing your order. We will dispatch your order the day before your selected delivery date and although DPD’s service doesn’t guarantee next day delivery, it does achieve it 99.8% of the time.
Orders placed before 3pm will be available for dispatch the next working day and orders placed after 3pm will be available for dispatch a day later.
DPD’s fully tracked service delivers from Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) and there are delivery upgrade options available at checkout (including DPD Saturday delivery). However, please note the comments above about Monday deliveries. All DPD services are fully trackable online and come with e-mail and text alerts so you can follow the progress of your delivery from the moment it leaves us until the moment it arrives at your door. If you’re not going to be in you can choose from a number of options online, such as leaving your delivery in a safe place, leaving it with a neighbour or re-scheduling for another day.
