Refunds

We sincerely hope you’re delighted with your order, but if you encounter any issues, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at office@homemadebrownie.co.uk. We aim to respond within 1 working day (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays and office closures).

Our priority is to resolve any problems and ensure you’re completely satisfied. If, for any reason, we’re unable to resolve the issue, we’ll gladly provide a full refund.

 

Exceptions

While we do our best to assist, we cannot take responsibility for missed or delayed deliveries due to courier issues as these are unfortunately out of our control. However, we will work closely with our courier partners to resolve these issues as best as possible. For more guidance on avoiding such situations, please refer to our Delivery page.

We also cannot take responsibility for customer order errors, such as incorrect delivery addresses, incorrect product selections or incorrect date selection.

 

Refunds

Once a refund is agreed upon, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction and reflect the refund in your account.
